Seems to be not the same...

Had a pair of Nano hearing aids 2 years ago. The refurbished pair I just received don't seem to have the same clarity. It's a bit more tinny sounding than my first pair, and while the surrounding sounds seem to be a little easier to separate out, the focus of my hearing isn't that much better - I still have to ask people to repeat themselves.
